Both Steve and Rob already had over 18 years experience within the flooring industry before setting up in business together in 2006.

Steve's background and training is in contract flooring as well as working for manufacturers for several years out on the road as an area representative responsible for sales.

Rob trained as a fitter from the age of 19 and can install pretty much every type of flooring available. Now he manages most of the large projects we run, although he still likes to keep his hand in every now and then!
